By default, local independent guides are restricted from entering the inner secured gangway without an expensive harbor permit. Tommy and his private chauffeur will meet you right at the Harbor Security Gate (about a 500 m stroll or a quick free port shuttle ride) holding a clear, prominent greeting board with your full name.
