Tour Duration – 9 hours

This tour combines an afternoon visit to My Son World Heritage site with a Hoi An walking tour and dinner, before returning to your hotel in Da Nang.

My Son Sanctuary:

• Visit UNESCO World Heritage site, learning about the history of the site with your knowledgeable tour guides
• Explore all temples built and rebuilt from 4th century to 13rd century
• Marvel at the Hindu remains of tower-temples decorated in bas-relief.
• Find out how the Cham people built the temples without using mortar
• Learn about the Champa Kingdom and their relationship to the temples at My Son.
• Enjoy the beautiful views of valley surrounding by jungles

Hoi An Old Town

• Enjoy a Vietnamese set dinner on local specialities such as White Rose dumplings
• Walk the streets of the Old Town to visit Chinese Assembly Hall, Japanese Bridge and Vietnamese heritage houses and explore the back alleys and see the night market and the famous Hoi An lanterns as they light up the streets.

At 12:00 or at the time arranged our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Da Nang.

My Son Sanctuary

The first stop on this tour is the UNESCO World Heritage listed My Son Sanctuary.  My Son was the capital city of Champa Kingdom (around the 4th to 13th century). It is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. They include temples and towers connecting to each other with complicated red brick designs. The major structure of Cham architecture is atower, built to reflect the divinity of the king.

Your licensed guide will provide you with in-depth information on the history of each temple and will be ready to help you to take lots of stunning photos around the ancient ruins.

Hoi An Old Town

After the tour of My Son, which finishes about 4pm, we head back to Hoi An and a walk around the Old Town and a delicious set dinner.

During your guided walking tour around the Hoi An old town, your tour guide will explain the history of the Japanese bridge, a traditional house, a Chinese Assembly Hall, a cultural and historical museum and the central market…

From dinner until 9pm , you will have a chance to go to the night market and see the lovely lanterns that Hoi An is famous for, shop or just wander until you meet your driver for your trip back to your hotel in Da Nang.
